Our dining experience at Sushi at the Lake Too was fabulous! From the delicious food, to the excellent service you can't go wrong. The sushi is so tasty, fresh, and huge variety. The Hibachi dinners are great also. The restaurant is dressed up to make you feel comfortable and happy. The whole experience is one we enjoy every time we visit!
Another great meal. Stopped in for lunch on Saturday. Had some sushi, the G Crunchy roll and lochness roll. Both were good, the G crunchy is the go to as it is almost a meal in itself. Also had the lunch scallops and they were cooked perfectly.
It's a nice location, pretty convenient to everything else. It's a little place so not much seating. It can get crowded. The service was good. They were nice. The food was good too, some things are a little pricey compared to other places. Dinner can get a little busy too. We had to wait a bit for our food to come out. Everything that we had was good. Just wish it was more for that price. Would come on a special night. Parking is easy as they share lot with other businesses.
We came in on a Wednesday for lunch while on vacation with family. We were blown away. The exclamations during the meal were things like "so fresh" and "best I've had". The locals declared it the best sushi they've had since moving to Troutman 3 years ago. They are anticipating becoming regulars. On top of the amazing sashimi the service was great too.
Order takeout from here, first time experience, and I must say it was definitely worth the money. It's a little pricey, but the food is great. The service was awesome, the hostess she made me feel welcome even though I was just picking up. Definitely would come again.
Overall pretty good! Ive been on a sushi hunt since I moved to NC from CA for something edible and everything else here has been less than that, aside from Sushi at the Lake Too! Service was a liiiitttleeeee slow for a Saturday (wasnt packed). We sat at the bar and the bartender seemed a bit flustered, but didnt take away from our experience! We ordered 3 rolls and she plugged it into the system where it was a cheaper option, and we both got either the House Clear soup or Miso soup! We split a beer and our total came out to about $60. We will definitely be back! So far, has been the best sit down sushi restaurant experience/flavor/quality we have experienced yet!
